Australian low-cost carrier Jetstar will introduce four Fiji flights a week between Sydney and Nadi from March 29.
Using A320 aircraft for its inaugural South Pacific flight, there will be special fare deals aimed to coincide with the peak Easter holiday period.
Special fares (JetSaver Light) have gone on sale from $149 one way at Jetstar.com for two days. One-way launch sale fares (JetSaver) at Jetstar.com for flights via Sydney also include Melbourne-Nadi from $26 (terms and conditions apply).
Jetstar Holidays is also offering a range of special sale packages to Fiji that combe Jetstar’s special fares with a range of accommodation, starting from $591 a person for four nights.
Jetstar’s everyday fares between Sydney and Nadi are now available from $229 (JetSaver Light).
Jetstar CEO Bruce Buchanan says Jetstar is committed to offering the lowest fares and holiday packages to Fiji from Sydney with connections to and from other Australian cities.
Inflight service to Fiji includes the choice of portable video-on-demand hire units offering new movie releases, TV programs, music videos and audio tracks, plus a range of hot food, snacks and beverages, including alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn points and Status credits when travelling on eligible JetFlex fares to Fiji. They can use points for flight awards on Jetstar services in two ways - via Qantas & Partner Classic Awards or Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards.
